Cost effectiveness and energy efficiency W-Filter strainers are the most economical strainer at all. Its pressure loss is - only 50% in comparison to conventional pot / basket strainers
- only 25% in comparison to Y-Filters of same dimension and filter ration.
Especially, this advantage reduces the cost of pump energy and results in extended reserves until the pressure loss has reached its cleaning condition. – connection adapters for monitoring the differential pressure are standard from size DN150 and above (below upon request possible). The streamlined angle of impact between the flow and the sieve / screen results in a slowly increasing pressure loss, caused by dirt, and at least more than double the operational time before cleaning. As the cleaning cover is located at the top, the rare cleaning cycle is easily and conveniently carried out.
